The OHS Electronic Membership Directory is a membership roster available at no charge only to members in good standing of the OHS. The Directory is a listing of names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses (when available), of currently active members of OHS. It is meant to assist in networking and individual communications among members, and is for private use only.

The directory may not be printed, copied, forwarded, or otherwise circulated; and its content may not be used for commercial, offensive, illegal, or other harmful purposes. Instances or suspicions of misuse should be reported to the OHS Executive Director, who may suspend or revoke an offender's OHS membership without refunding any portion of annual membership dues. Other legal remedies may apply.

How it works

• Send a request to the OHS Office in Richmond using the link below. Once your membership is verified, the Directory will be transmitted to you by email within a reasonable time.
• The Directory will be provided to members requesting it in a special PDF format that allows searching but does not allow the list to be edited, copied, or printed. The Directory is not available by any other means. It will be updated quarterly and may be requested only once per quarter.
• The OHS is not responsible for the Directory's accuracy, but the Executive Director should be notified of any errors. Members who want their names omitted from the Electronic Membership Directory may notify the Executive Director at any time.
• Everyone requesting the Directory must read and accept the terms and conditions outlined above before submitting the request.

Remember that only OHS members in good standing may request the Directory. Memberships expire on September 30. If you have not joined or renewed your membership for the current period, click here to join or renew online. When your membership has been processed, you will be eligible to request the Directory.
